Case Study: How I Helped Squarespace Expert Paige Brunton Launch Her Course with a Custom Sales Page

When Squarespace expert and online educator Paige Brunton needed a sales page for her new program—and needed it fast—I stepped in to help. This case study showcases how I transformed an existing template into a conversion-focused sales page for her Course Launch Collective program, all within a single VIP day.

"We would absolutely recommend investing to work with Sarah for your next project! She is so pleasant to work with, and she absolutely blew our expectations out of the water on every front. We would not have changed a single thing about the way she managed the whole process, and we couldn't be more pleased with our finished sales page!"

The Client & Challenge

Paige Brunton isn't just any Squarespace expert—she's enrolled over 4,000 students and generated more than $2 million in course sales. But even with her track record of successful launches, her team faced a time crunch with their newest program.

The Problem

Despite having a small but mighty team with a history of smooth launches, they were running out of time. Without intervention, their team lead would have needed to pull an all-nighter to create this crucial piece of the launch.

The Solution: A VIP Intensive Day

Pre-Work Phase

Paige came prepared with the main copy and had duplicated an existing course page as a starting point. However, this created a new challenge: the duplicated page was massive—spanning five pages and filled with unnecessary information.

My Approach

  1. Studied the duplicated page layout

  2. Created a strategic plan for copy placement within the template

  3. Identified areas needing additional copy for smoother transitions and stronger conversions

The Transformation Process

Design & Implementation

  • Sketched a comprehensive page layout plan

  • Worked directly in Squarespace to restructure the content

  • Added, removed, and duplicated sections to create logical flow

  • Made strategic typography and design adjustments

  • Created placeholder graphics for modular content

The Details That Made a Difference

Personalizing the Bio Section

While not initially requested, I enhanced Paige's bio section with a "Meet Paige" image from her existing Squarespace uploads, adding a personal touch that strengthens connection with potential customers.

Typography & Copy Enhancements

I strengthened transitions into the offer sections and utilized varying header styles to emphasize key messages while maintaining the page's aesthetic appeal.

Custom Coding for Impact

I repurposed existing code to create a new section highlighting important statistics about the online course experience, making the value proposition even clearer.

The Results

The entire project was completed in just ONE VIP Intensive day, requiring only pre-work submission and a couple of clarifying emails—no calls needed.

Sarah flawlessly brought our vision for our sales page to life, without the need for multiple rounds of revisions and edit requests from my team and I, like in traditional web design projects!
The biggest issue we’ve faced when outsourcing projects in the past is that we sometimes spend more time going back and forth trying to communicate what it is we want & need, that in the end, it actually would have been faster for us to just sit down and do the thing ourselves in the first place. But Sarah gathered up everything she needed in advance to absolutely NAIL it the first time!
Sarah’s a super talented designer, perfectly capable of writing & designing the thing from scratch, or using one of her own gorgeous template designs...but we really appreciated how willing she was to work with our pre-existing template, adapting it to fit perfectly with our new offer!
